I’m from Kazakhstan, but I want to move abroad. It seems a lot easier to just work as a dentist in my country, but I don’t feel like I really enjoy my environment/traditions or even my family and friends. I desperately need some fresh air. It is nice to know that I’m not alone with this idea

I have a doubt like if it's jus lignocaine then calculation goes like 47×4=188 then divided by 2.2 it's showing 85.45 to me n then how come jus 8 catridges. If it's divided by 22 then it's 8.545 n goes on. Please clear this to me
